Account & User Data Deletion

At Step Wise Drawing, we respect your right to privacy and control over your personal data. You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal information stored on our servers.

You can instantly delete your account and all stored data directly inside the Step Wise Drawing app:

1. Open the Step Wise Drawing app on your Android device.
2. Go to your Profile tab (bottom navigation).
3. Tap on Account Settings or Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion. Your account and data will be immediately and permanently erased from Cloud Firestore.

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request via email:

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is permanently erased from our systems:

• Your Account Profile (Name, Email Address, Profile Picture URL, Firebase UID)
• Your Saved Favorites list
• Your Drawing Practice History, Daily Streaks, and Completed Drawings
• Your Submitted Ratings & Reviews
• Your Custom Drawing Requests

Processing Time: In-app deletions take effect immediately. Manual email deletion requests are processed within 3 to 7 business days.

Data Retention: We do not retain any user personal data after account deletion. Non-identifying crash logs or aggregated anonymous telemetry data (if any) are purged automatically according to standard Google Firebase policies.
